    You should receive serial numbers from the dealer you purchased from. With the Superior Drummer products you should also receive the DVDS from them also. You will then need to register them to your Toontrack account.

    No i’m Yvan Vaillant and i just sell Superior drummer to pascal schefferzick. But the licence is to my account and i need to transfert it to Pascal account.

    You only have 1 inactive authorization. Please contact us again when you’ve reached your limit of 4.

    If you are authorizing a second computer, you can’t use the same authorization that you used on the first. You need to create a new authorization.

    Let us know when you’ve reached 4 authorizations total on any of your products and we will reset them. You’ve only used 2 on a few of them.

    Hey guys, I have a question to ask in regards to updating a computer with new hardware.

     

    On my desktop, I installed all my products that I had at the time, then  I upgraded the HDD and with that did a complete fresh install of Windows plus my Toontrack software. and had to reactivate everything.

     

    Additionally, I purchased a laptop and installed my products and activated them on it, however, it wasn’t strong enough, so I ended up selling it after uninstalling and formatting the HDD.  I deactivated everything on the TT website.   I purchased a new laptop and installed my products on it, but am about to upgrade the HDD on it which means I will most likely be doing a fresh install of Windows on it and reinstalling my software.

     

    Does installing to the same computer with a new HDD count towards one of the four activations?  If so, can I reset these? leaving my current in tact?
