Hi, When registering a product on your site, I get...

Hi, When registering a product on your site, I get an error response every time.

The registration seem to work however: the product appears under “my products” when I go back to that page and refresh. I’m using Firefox if that matters.

Check your mail for the serial number. Register the serial number in Product Manager.

You may also have auto registered EZdrummer to your account when you bought it. In that case, just start Product Manager and you should see EZdrummer as a registered product on your account.

I tried several times authorization online but failed.

so I want to authorize offline, please give me a authorization file.

I see you have active authorization via the Toontrack Product Manager. Are you still having trouble?
