Refund for Bass Toolbox EZmix Pack?

Not certain if this is the best way to ask. I just bought Bass Toolbox EZmix Pack. I admit. I messed up because I didnt realize it was a pack and not a standalone app for bass. I do not own EZMix 2. Is it possible to get a refund or use the funds towards another product? I am still trying to decide between EZDrummer and Superior Drummer. I have not even used the key I was provided.
