    I am seeing the same issue with the groove packs that I purchased. Support ticket has been filed

    Somebody needs to look into this

    I just ordered 4 items too, downloaded the PM and nothing is there.  Whats going on?

    That goes for me too, several items ordered and nothing happens, order status has been “processing” for 2.5 hours now…
