Product Manager download link not working!

No nothing works. Those are not weblinks. There is only text on those pages. No links.

The rectangular box that says download here is only text, not a link.

Same issue here – this sounds very much like a scam. Pay money, don’t get a link that works, lose money ??? What is going on here?

I purchased EZ drummer 2 from guitar center yesterday and still do not even have a link. Is this normal?

I am finally opening my EZ Bass. purchased in Oct. Toontrack Project Manager shows a drive with an arrow but does not open. My Mac says it is downloaded, 16.5 MB. I see 3 Blue folders 10.6-10.9, 10.10-10.13-10.14 or higher then a “Read me” scrypt

Hi,

in the Product Manager application, you will have entries for a ‘FULL PRODUCT INSTALLER’ and ‘UPDATES’ under your EZbass product details.
Make sure you have clicked the ‘Download’ for the Full installer first. When it is Downloaded, you will see a red ‘Install’ button.
After installation, it will change to ‘Authorise’. When you have authorised, please download and install the updates.

you don’t have to use download manager.  it used to work.  now… meh.  just go to your account and it will show you what downloads are available
