downloaded product manger and trying to install plugins but after I login to product manger the messenge says
Sorry, your product list could not be fetched. The server returned a mismatching reply. I try log in and logging out nothing work. I tried uninstalling it and installing it but still same messenge.
Okay, it should be fixed now. I also suspect you have had issues authorizing through Product Manager. That should work now as well. It was caused by an invisible character in your computer description. Please check Product Manager preferences on the studio computer. The computer description there probably has an invisible character just before “Studio” that you can notice if you try to step through with cursor keys.
it work now but some reason I can’t install EZdrummer 2. I downloaded it and install it and it still say, The installation is incomplete -see the installation tab.
