Pro Tools Not Listing EZDrummer

I have EZDrummer, EZKeys, and EZMix, but none of them are showing up in Pro Tools on Windows 10. All of the products are up to date according to the Product Manager (see image attachments).

I was under the impression that the new updates included the AAX files, but I cannot find them. How do I resolve?

Hi,

if you check the ‘Show Details’ and then Installation info on the EZdrummer 2 product, you should see which components are installed.
You should be able to download and run the latest 64-bit update again and make sure the AAX gets installed.
