    Hi,

    Please copy the following line, open the Command Prompt program, paste and hit Enter. I think that may help in this case.

    reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Toontrack\Superior\EZDrummer /v MidiPath /f

    Hello,

    I have exactly the same issue with my PM. The only difference is that I still use windows 10 on my system. I tried to enter the command into my Command Prompt but it resolves in no solution.

    Please help

    Hi,
    either Michael Restored the MIDI Database in EZD3 Settings > Advanced or he renamed the old ‘Midi’ folder to ‘Midiold’ and re-installed.

    What have you tried so far from this thread or the other?

    I have the same issue on Mac OS running Ventura.
    Also I DL the update for Jazz Bass EX and the message I get says the updater needs to be updated

    whats happening?

    can you please specify? The same issue as the OP? He’s on Windows, so more info is needed, please. Which steps have you tried so far?

    Do you mean the Upright EBX? It sounds to me as if you are not using the Product Manager Application but instead use the web interface, is that so?
    If you haven’t installed the Product Manager Application, please do and manage your Downloads, Installation and Updates with it.
