Why dont you have phone support??? I am going through an issue now with my EZDrummer 2. It has worked in past for me without any problem..but now it wont update. This could no doubt be fixed in a 10 minute support call, but instead I am now having to go back and forth with someone on your end through email. Its taking days to resolve this issue…
Such a long drawn out process is a waste of time. I am going to move away from using your products to another maker like Waves, because of your lousy customer support. Its too bad because you make good products. Your customer support is terrible. Its an insult to your customers. I would never recommend your products to anyone due to the awful customer service – RD
While not phone support, if you’re opposed to getting help here on the forum,
you can submit a Support Ticket via the [Contact Support] button.
According to Toontrack’s FAQ,

I’m trying to Edit the Notation in EZX Dance, But for some reason it doesn’t work.
For example I’m trying to change the C note to F note. I have sent a screen shot I the hope I’m explaining myself properly.
Also do you have downloadable Manuals ?
