I ordered last night an expansion for EZDrummer (Modern Metal Drums). I paid with a credit card and it went through but on the toontrack website it’s just stuck on “pending payment” in the Orders section of My Info. My card works (used it after this purchase), no credit issues, checked my credit card app (payment is listed successfully). What’s the deal? Why is it taking so long for a simple download? I cannot even find any contact form or email address for this issue. Did I just get cheated out of my money or what? What to do???
