Why don’t my plug-ins work? They show “ready” and still do not load!

Do they show in the Protools browser?

    Can you give us screenshots?

Judging by the version number, you might have outdated software. If it doesn’t install an AAX version that runs on your computer, then you might need to upgrade your software

Try shutting down ProTools, right/cmd click the Protools application and select run under Rosetta (or something thereabouts) and restart ProTools. AFAIK EZD2 AAX wasn’t ported to native silicon support, only VST and AU.

    give that a try

Hi, as users have replied above, the EZdrummer 2 AAX never was ported to Silicon Native, so you need to run Pro Tools in Rosetta mode to be able to run it.
Locate the Pro Tools application in the Finder, right-click it and ‘Get Info’, then check ‘Open using Rosetta’.

Which other Toontrack plug-ins do you have that do not appear in Pro Tools?

    BR,
    John
