i had ezd then upgrade to ezd2 with 4 expansion packs on cd i think before i had product manager. I then transfered all to new pc, 3 of the disc show up in the drop down tab drum library but dont play and 1 didnt show up at all. messages when trying to install are “serial number already registered to another account” 1 says “invalid account” these 4 packs dont show up in product manager but the rest of my xpansion kits which were downloads worked. ive since upgraded to sd3 and added more xpansion packs so i would love to get my expansion packs back please and thanks
I guess my question is: do you have more than 1 Toontrack account that you’ve registered various products to? If so, you’ll need to contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below and ask them to merge your accounts into one so that all products will appear in your Product Manager.

well i went through the routine a few times and my message is, something went wrong error 422 unprocessable entity
Where did you get that error? When you followed the link I provided to contact Toontrack Support?

When I click on the link you sent i then fill out the page, do the I’m not a robot and then comes the error
What browser are you using? What is your computer specs? I just tried the form myself on my phone and it works from here.

Can you post a screenshot of the error you’re getting so I can forward to the web designer. I’ve done tech support for Toontrack for 13 years and that error is something I’ve never seen reported or heard of before.

The webmaster believes he has fixed your error. Can you fill out the webform again and report back if it works for you or not? Has someone from Toontrack Support reached out to you regarding your multiple accounts?
