I posted a version of this song 3 months ago but since have redone it completely. Last version irritated me after a while and sounded too 90s to me. i wanted a faster tempo and more Meshuggah type 8 string playing. But no djent. Shorter too – 2:14

Uses Metal Foundry Drums and 8 Strings through Mesa Mark5 left and AxeFX II right. Bass uses an AxeFX preset as well.

I also learned to growl better and mix better as well.

I like the newer version myself. It’s a little more dissonant in the leads and overall has a darker mood. Both things I enjoy very much. Great job
