After I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, my Latin Percussion pack is gone. I checked MY PRODUCTS and it’s not there!?
I know I had it… was it ever given away FREE with something? Where did it go?
I even checked my backup drives and it’s not there… I know I had it!!
What could be going on?

I don’t see the Latin Percussion EZX in your account or do I ever see it there from since the account was created. I don’t see that it was ever transferred to you from someone else or vise versa. I’m not sure what else to offer by way of help on this.

This has happened to me a couple of times recently even with products that are installed and working. They disappear from the Product Manager list. To fix I just registered the serial again in PM and it shows up.
Ha! I’ll have to look for that serial….. there’s nothing in my email and I can’t find any reference to the Latin Percussion in my computer since I updated to Windows 10. I checked two of my backup drives and nothing….. unless somewhere along the line I backed it up onto a DVD….
Thanks for confirming that I wasn’t crazy… ha!
