    Hi,

    both orders come up as ‘Cancelled by Customer’.
    I will send an inquiry to the web shop, to see if there’s anything at the Toontrack end that needs correcting.

    The only option I was given was to press the cancel button, and return to the merchant site as instructed.

    I just tried again and it says transaction failed, try another payment method or contact the merchant– code number 1339610

    Hi,

    I just got a reply that it doesn’t seem to be any problem in the Toontrack end of things.
    This last order is marked as ‘Pending’ from the PayEx system. If it doesn’t go through, is it possible for you to try another web browser or even computer?

    I only have a new Mac book. I have never had this problem with online shopping before.

    I got the credit card problem resolved.

    The transaction went through fine.

    I got the confirmation email. But it did not include any serial number for me to register?

    All I got was instructions to download “product manager” which I already have installed.

    And this — Your order number is: 1339610

    Never mind I finally got the complete email downloaded and the individual product serial numbers were included.
