MONSTER MIDI pack, serial error

Today I bought the monster midi pack for EZ Drummer . When trying to download a message of “serial error” appears . I could not download it and not on the products purchased in my account.

Hi, please same as me, order 417551 , gives me “Serial ERROR” message when I try to download.

Enter the serial number in “My Account / Register Product”. It worked for me.
