SUPERIOR DRUMMER 3  order #2178463  –  but I have not receive THE NEW YORK STUDIOS VOL.1

Not quite sure what regular means in this context, I bought SD3 from a store in the UK without previously having SD2, does this qualify me for NY Vol 1 SDX ? I also bought NY Vol 2 so I`m missing the avatar kits

I got an answer from the support:

„The free NY. Vol. 1 SDX promo was not active at the time of your purchase and registration for SD3.“

I am very sad. Now you are sad too I think…

I was checking all of my SDX expansions today and I found out I own them all, but New York Studios VOL 1 seems to be missing in my account. I know I did an upgrade from SD2 to SD3 in the past. How can I get access to New York Studios VOL 1 please?

Please contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below. You should have access to the S2 core library (NY Vol1) from your account. If it’s not there, they should be able to take care of it.

Hi Marc,

the Vol 1 is the SD2 Core Avatar SDX which was included in your SD2 purchase repackaged for SD3 users who didn’t own SD2. I.e. you have it in your PM listed as ‘Avatar S2.0 Core Library’.

Hi! I downloaded and installed Ney York studios vol.1, 2 and 3. in a sdx pack from you. It says downloaded and installed, but no midi files or anything showing in SD-program window…  seems I have no opportunity to download the files…
