Missing Item in my 6 Pack Bundle

Hi,

I purchased the EZKeys Midi 6 pack bundle, but for some reason one of my items did not change after I proceeded to checkout. Initially, I selected the “Classic Soul” EZKeys midi but a notification displayed that I already owned it. So, I removed it from my list of selection and chose “Contemporary Soul Ballads”. I selected the “Proceed to checkout” and made my purchase. However, when I went to install the packs, the “Contemporary Soul Ballads” pack was missing.

I’m not sure what I did wrong, but I received only 5 of 6. Is there anything that you can do to help me get the “Contemporary Soul Ballads” pack?
