Midi shows in SD 2, but not in EZ Drummer, why?

I created an SD2 track in Logic. When I go to edit midi, all is fine. I then created an EZ Drummer II track, but midi doesn’t show when I click to edit. So I tried creating another SD2 track, and the new midi doesn’t show, but it does show the original track midi. I like the option of using SD2 and on a different track using EZ, but it doesn’t make sense that on the new rack it shows the other track’s midi, but not the track I’m actually using. Need help, thanks.
