I have read the FAQ and seen multiple forum topics on this type of issue.
I HAVE ALREADY FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS IN THE FAQ AND THE FORUM MODERATOR REPLIES (LIKE THE ONE BELOW).
I was logged into my account when I made this purchase, so it should have registered it automatically to my Product Manager. I have not recieved any email receipt with serial numbers, not in Spam or any other folders. The charge shows up from Toontrack on my credit card, so it looks like there was no problem there. I need the serial number for the pack I purchased. How do I get it?

THIS IS NOT THE CASE —> “You should have got an order confirmation after purchase with a serial number to register to your Toontrack account via Product Manager. If not, check your email spam folder.”
I’ve contacted Toontrack and it seems they’re is an issue with their payment provider in their webshop. I’ve been advised to say:
“please contact Toontrack Support from webforn in the FAQ below and ask for a refund. When refunded, please use PayPal and repurchase.”
