    Did you just update EZD2?

Check this thread out see if it’s a similar issue, and look at Patrik’s response about halfway down.

    Hi,

I am on Mac- Updated to EZD 2 5 years ago-

    so i did the following:

-Removed the folder “Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/EZDrummer/Database/” and ran the 2.2.2 update installer again through the Product Manager.

-Renamed Database to Database 2 and ran the 2.2.2 update installer again through the Product Manager.

Both procedures , Still same issue- please advise-

    Thanks

    Hi,

is it possible for you to uninstall EZdrummer 2 in the Product Manager and then re-install from the Full product installer (+updates)?

If not, I suggest you open a Ticket with Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages; there’s a ‘Contact Support’ button at the bottom of each.

    BR,
    John

Thank you for your help – Toontrack got back to me below and it solved my issue. Everything is good now.
    Sharing this info for reference.

    ——

Go to the following location on Mac, then delete all files there that start with “MidiDB” and the “OnlineMidi” folder, then restart the computer and re-launch EZD2.
User/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/EZdrummer
The “User” Library folder is hidden in OS 10.7 and above, so an easy way to get to this folder is to click, from the finder menu at the top of the screen “Go > Go to folder > ~/Library” (without quotes). Then delete all files there that start with “MidiDB” and the “OnlineMidi” folder, then restart the computer and re-launch EZD2.
