Due to rushing I now have a couple downloaded versions of EZDrummer2, one on my desk and one in downloaded files. I also downloaded a couple of updates, likely too early in the process. I found the video on how one should download. When I get to the step where I run 64 or 32 bit, I get an error message. I did extract the files before this, so I am not sure what is going wrong. Frankly I wish I could start the whole process over. Just take all EZ files off my computer and begin from the beginning. Can I do this? What would be best to do?
Thanks.
What is the exact error message? What are your computer specs?

I know you say you have extracted the installer but the only reason for an Error 1311 is because of not extracting the installer.
See the video in the FAQ and make sure you’re following the steps to be sure.

Edit: this problem went away. I successfully integrated EZ with Cubase and now the field is a fine size. Having othe problems, but taking those to Steinberg.
thanks again!
Thanks Scott. I have now downloaded and registered EZD2.
If it is OK I will add questions as they come up here.
first thing I notice is that the program is relatively small on the screen. I tried to enlarge it but nothing happens.

The GUI size is related to the system screen resolution. The higher the resolution, the smaller the GUI. I know it has been requested that there is a resizable GUI or some other option. Toontrack is aware of the problem.
