Has anyone upgraded their MacOS to Sonoma and used SD3 & Logic Pro? Just making sure all is good before I start the upgrade.

So far, during testing, we have found some graphical performance issues in our plug-ins on Sonoma that can be noticed when adjusting faders and knobs. Our development team is investigating.

Thanked by: Marcin.C and Red Gear MusicI did this on the day Sonoma was released. No issues in using SD3 and Logic as I do normally. I’m a casual eDrummer, so really just loading my presents and playing, not exploring every feature looking for issues.
Any updates on Sonoma compatibility? Thanks.
Yup, no issues since upgrading.

Superior Drummer 3 version: 3.3.6
Operating system: macOS Ventura (13)
The only issue that we have found so far (mentioned in the FAQ and earlier in this thread) seems to have been fixed in the latest macOS update 14.2.

Regarding this last comm on -> https://www.toontrack.com/faq/is-toontrack-software-supported-on-macos-14-sonoma/
“Update March 14th 2024:
The issue with unnecessarily high memory usage while recording MIDI has not been resolved, we are in contact with Apple about this. While we cannot confirm Sonoma support yet because of this bug, we have found that a lower scale setting (View > Scale) in our plug-ins uses less memory. That can be used as a temporary workaround if you have upgraded to Sonoma already and you are experiencing issues.”
Any updates regarding this issue?
Does this memory problem only happen specifically when recording MIDI using a keyboard (or similar) or does it also happen when programming manually using the editor?
Thanks in advance

Hi Pedro,
We have been testing macOS Sonoma 14.5 during the beta and we can see that is has been released now. That macOS update fixes the issue we reported in the FAQ.
