I’m looking for samples with stuff like Spike Jones, cowbells, horns, whistles, different hilarious voice things and all kind of weird stuff that he was into. Anyone know where I can find such samples?

The closest thing you will find with TT is the Twisted Kit.
As far as the diversity I believe you might be looking for it may fall short.
