    ………… Hello?

Can you zip and attach your audio track so the programmers can take a look?

Can you post a pic of your MIDI Device menu?

Thanks for the help.  I’m trying to send the zip file but it’s too big.

I’m not familiar with that screen. I was looking for the EZbass MIDI Device Menu in the standalone EZbass. If you’re using  DAW, let me know what one you’re using as I can’t tell from your pic.

As for the audio file, just make a shorter piece and zip it. Or, you can contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below and open a support ticket. You can then send the file directly.

Hey Scott, I have a small clip of the guitar track I’m wanting EZb to analyze.  When I tried to contact the Toontrack support, it only allows me the option to send them in these formats: .jpg .jpeg .png .gif .tif .tiff .mp4

I have attached the MP to this post.

    I’m using Logic X 10.5.0

Why would they not accept MP3s?  That seems goofy.

I’m not sure what or why the file types are what they are on the support ticket form. But you can link to this thread now that you have the file attached to a post here though.
