Installation problem. EZD(1) does not appear on computer after successful install

I have tried to install EZD (before I install EZD 2 upgrade). Installation done from original disk which I have just bought. (The disk was still sealed.) The process seemed normal until I press ‘Finish’ at the end of the install process. After that the installation window closes and i am left with normal desktop, but no evidence of EZD. I subsequently registered the product online and did a download and attempted to install from download file, but i got error message saying that there was already an copy of EZD on my computer.

How do I find it?

Please uninstall EZD1 on your computer from Programs in Control Panel (if you are on a Windows machine) and install using Product Manager. Provide your system detail (OS version)
