Inadvertently purchased AOR midi pack twice

I recently purchased three midi packs via Inta Audio. AOR was advertised as New so I presumed it was an upgrade to the pack I already owned, this is not the case. Could you possibly deregister the latest pack and allow me to replace with a midi pack of my choice, Inta Audio are also trying to get hold of you to discuss my order. Please help.
