Hey there, i´m running a production at the moment and changed my computer. Something went wrong when i tried to authorize SD2. So now i have no more authorizations left. Can anyone at Toontrack please delete the inactive authorizations so i can authorize my SD2 on my new computer and go on working !? I´m in a hurry 😉 Thanks ! Roland

Could you please delete my inactive authorisations as well (EZDRUMMER, AMERICANA EZX)?? I had to format my system after a crash, so the previous authorisations don’t work. Thanks a lot!

I have moved to the US, have a new PC as the old one has died. I even tried installing from the CD roms I bought. To no avail.
Can my inactive authorizations be removed please! Thank you!

I’ve deleted your inactive authorizations. I would recommend installing from the full product downloads available from your Toontrack account and not installing from the old DVDs.

I must have forgotten my other username. Is there anything I need to do to re-register my products? I have a new computer and would like to use this username!

I believe my old user name was wikidsledge. I cannot remember the password. I was wondering why my products didn’t show up.
