Hi I by accident bought a download of EZ Drummer expansion POP/ROCK that i already have bought, the one i wanted is POP, i did a mistake, so either how can i get my money back or get the POP expansion that i wanted. I am quite sure you have all the info logged that i already have bought the POP/ROCK, but i inserted a copy of my 2 payments below. Both payments !! So i need your help to fix this somehow.

Hi again, i have been waiting for 5 days and you still havent given me a serious answer or assisting me upon how to help me regarding paying for same product 2 times, (2766301) if i do not get a serious answer soon .. well then i take it as you clearly do not want to help me as customer wich means i simply will never buy anything from Toontrack again!
