I just bought the black friday ezkeys special, but I didn’t get to choose my extra expansion!

Have no fear, If I remember correctly(because I almost bought it myself), It said that you get it once you’ve registered your ezkeys….you should be prompted then… BTW I’m jealous!!!!!!

I’m not sure, I registered mine already, and have not found anything suggesting I will be getting a free expansion 🙁

The Black Friday special isn’t included in the Buy An EZkeys library get 1 free deal…

    From the ‘Fine Print’…

‘Purchases of EZkeys Retro Electrics will not include the ”free Sound Expansion” promo also available right now. Promotion void where prohibited.’

I bought The black friday ezkeys retro eletrics and didn’t get The free expansion pack, so this answers my question. But I have another one : if I Want to buy an ezkeys expansion, I can’t because The “add to cart” button is disabled. Why ?
    Thanks

That’s poor, hiding it in the fine print is indeed sneeky 🙁

    Poor show Toontrack.

The only time I’ve seen that is when I’m not logged in.

Well, the thing is, I am logged in..
I saw in another post someone having the same issue, but I don’t remember the finality of this.
From toontrack side, everything’s ok ? I mean I have a regular version of ezkeys registered, so I can theoretically purchase only a sound expansion ?
Maybe I just have to wait.

I just checked now, and the “add to cart” button is now available. I don’t know if you’ve done anything, but thanks !

I have the same issue, bought yesterday discounted ezkeys classic electrics, but can’t add sound library ….
Maybe will be ok later ?

From what I understand, the free sound library is not available if you buy a discounted ezkeys. That’s what happened on black friday (see posts above).
the only good thing is that you can get any sound library at a discounted price now that you have one… it’s 69€ here, 59€ on Thomann.de (don’t ask me why it’s always more expensive on the official website than elsewhere…)

Because Toontrack never undercuts its dealers.

It doesn’t change the fact that there’s a certain irony in this: your own clients can save bucks buying your products elsewhere. 😉
On top of that, I noticed that it is possible to create custom bundles (MIDI, Expansion, etc.) on third-party websites, which is not possible here (I contacted support twice about it, never got an answer).
