I just bought an EZX MIDI pack that I already owned!

I’ve found it difficult to directly contact Toontrack so I’m trying here.  I think I’d be happy to just pay a little more and move up to the more expensive “Hip Hop EZX” (since I actually don’t have that one) but don’t know how to accomplish that.  I clearly don’t need two licenses for the same MIDI pack.

Same happened to me. Ordered the midi six pack und choose the “Post Rock” twice.

So I have double license for this but only five midi packs !
