I can’t Register my EZDrummer

Hello, I have EZDrummer as an DVD. Upgrade from EZDrummer LITE only. The Registration Serial Number is EZ11……….! I have also EZDrummer LITE with the Serial Number EZLT……, I can’t register the Upgrade. The EZDrummer is registered on another account!? Please can you help me?
