I can’t re-install product manager

    Hi,

    did you try rebooting in-between launching the Installers?

    Yes I did re-boot PC a couple of times, but nothing changed.

    Do I understand you correctly that you did try uninstalling the Product Manager first?

    I already uninstalled the Product manager, and now I’m trying to re-install it.

    But the .exe file isn’t working.

    I’ve already visited the link you suggested, and downloaded tools and run them, nothing happened. T.T

    I really have no idea why only toontrack set up files are not working.

     

    Other .exe (or set up files) files are working just fine as it is.

    Only toontrack products aren’t working.

     

    I donwloaded update files from MY product page, and tried to run them.

    However, nothing is working.

    It’s really frustrating.

     

    Please any help would be appreciated.

    OK, have you opened a Support ticket? If not, my advice is you do so.
