 
     Hi,
I’m having a really weird problm with product manager.
I’m a PC user, windows 10.
I was trying to update some of my products (EZ KEYS, Suprior Drummer 3 3.17 to 3.21, and core sound) with Product manager.
I could download the necessary files, but I couldn’t update them.
Product manager said, “Installer Launched”, but nothing happened.
So, I decided to re-install Product manager, and I download it.
However, now I can’t even install the Product manager.
I tried to install it with adminstrator, but nothing happend, even any error messages poped-up.
Other programs, I mean any other .exe files are working fine, but only any toontrack set-up files are not working.
I don’t use any anti-virus program, or even something similar.
I really don’t know what to do.
Please help me.

I already uninstalled the Product manager, and now I’m trying to re-install it.
But the .exe file isn’t working.
I’ve already visited the link you suggested, and downloaded tools and run them, nothing happened. T.T
I really have no idea why only toontrack set up files are not working.
Other .exe (or set up files) files are working just fine as it is.
Only toontrack products aren’t working.
I donwloaded update files from MY product page, and tried to run them.
However, nothing is working.
It’s really frustrating.
Please any help would be appreciated.
