I bought the Cinematic Grand at full price but can’t have the Grand Piano sale

Hi.

I don’t understand. I bought this morning the EZKeys  cinematic grand and wanted to get the sale on the Grand piano but can’t put it in my cart except if I pay it at full price!

Can you help please?

I was not aware the Grand was on sale.  The Upright however  is on sale for $39. Check your sales!

OK, I think I see what you mean now.  This is a common annual sale. If you messed up during ordering and if you bought from Sweetwater, get them on the phone and they will fix things for you.  Otherwise, TT’s will have to help you out.  Good luck.

@jazzmandan, I only buy on TT’s website. I bought the EZKeys cinematic grand this morning, but when I try to put the Grand piano in my cart, it says it’s ok but nothing’s in my cart…

From looking at your first order today, you purchased the EZkeys Cinematic Grand and then selected the EZkeys Cinematic Grand as your free expansion.
