I’m looking to have each drum on a song on its own track as if the tracks were real drums I’d recorded.
I’ve got a midi track and it outputs to Superior Drummer 3 and I have created a new Reaper track for each drum
but I can seem to figure out how to have SD3 create the audio files.
Do I need to render just the drums…as individual tracks and then import each drum track back into the song on its own track?
I using Reaper as a DAW incase that matters.
Thanks for any guidance.

Thanked by: John and MikeMurphyThanks so much Scott. No idea how I missed that.
I also found a YouTube video that helped.

Thanked by: Scott EshlemanHello. Look here
for a visualization example of the multi output channels that one of our fellows here chooses to use.
Now, check the output settings in SD3 to confirm that each drum is assigned to a separate output channel
