How to delete EZ drummer2 demo after installing full version?

In Cubase, I have two instances of Ezdrummer. One is a demo and the other is the full version. It is annoying seeing both the whole time so I would like to delete the  demo version. Can someone please help me to do this? I read somewhere that there is an uninstaller of some kind. Where can I find this?

Try downloading EZDrummer demo, inside the package there should be an uninstaller which is specific to the demo version.
