How do I contact support with specific case?

Hi there.

I bought EZdrummer 2 in 2017 I believe but my old email account in which I had the emails of proof of purchase and download was lost long ago. it was a Hotmail account. I love EZdrummer 2 and I have just bought a new laptop and would like to install it on my new PC. This would be the second time I ever install the program in any machine.

On the terms and conditions it states that this would be ok? But I have no access to the installation tools and registration numbers.

It would be great to hear back from you.

Download the Product Manager and log into it with the same credentials you sign into Toontrack.com with. Things have changed and it’s all much easier than before.

Please contact Toontrack directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below.  Let them know the situation. They’ll probably have to merge your old account with your new email address.
