Sorry that you feel that way.
This question has been asked previously, and in a nutshell,
the response was that Toontrack takes its retail partnerships seriously.
They did not want to undercut or undermine their retail partners.

Thank you Scott for swift reply,

I do understand and respect that Toontrack do not want to undermine or undercut retailers and other partnerships. I really appreciate and respect that thought as I have partnership in a local store (not music related). As of that I do appreciate your effort in supporting local dealers, great thinking!

I still find it really odd to find regular priced products cheaper at a retailer, except for campaigns or other special local occasions.

As a registered customer I would expect to find all your standard products at the best retail price on your web site. Simple as that.

All your marketing is targeted towards your website, but in here your saying I should look somewhere else to buy it to get a better price? Making me count back on all the things I’ve bought in the past from the wrong place. Not quite happy with that insight.

PS. I do not work for Toontrack.
I do not speak for Toontrack or want to appear to represent Toontrack, their motives or their opinions.
I was merely repeating a response to a post that I had read to a similar question.
