Hihat allmost there

Hi

I have just one problem left with the hihat (i think). I use Roland TD-20 with VH12 hihat and Superior 2.0. I have configured,tweaked the best i can now. The thing now is that closed hihat volyme is much lower than open hihat. I am sure this is easy too set but can anyone please explain to me?
