HI,I REALLY NEED HELP TO FIND A WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE FROM TOONTRACK SUPPORT/TECHNICAL.
CANT GET THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT THAT EVERY TIME I ADD A BASS DRUM TO AN EXISTING DRUM PATTERN FROM THE GROOVE SECTION THEN SAVE TO MY USER MIDI ANY BASS DRUM I ADD CHANGES TO FLOOR TOM 2 WHEN THE SAVED FILE IS DRAGGED BACK IN TO TIME LINE. IVE TRIED FOR HELP ON ANOTHER THREAD AND PUT A VIDEO LINK UP BUT NOT HAVING ANY LUCK.
IVE SENT AN EMAIL AND VIDEO A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM TO TOONTRACK SUPPORT BUT HAD NO REPLIES. THIS PROBLEM HAS STOPPED ME USING THE PROGRAM NOW AND I NEED TO GET SORTED.
COULD A MODERATOR PLEASE GIVE ME A LINK OR CONTACT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ABOUT THIS PROBLEM,DONT KNOW IF IVE GOT SOME KIND OF GLITCH IN THE PROGRAM AND HAVE TO DELETE IT.
TIA BRIAN

Thanked by: wilkHi Wilk
when you added the new drum did you save the Drum Kit as a user preset also? That might work with the new midi grooves when you call them back up

Thanked by: wilkyeah its just a standard pre set drum kit i use,i dont change the kits at all between saving the file and dragging it straight back in to the time line, and it just moves the bass drums to the floor tom2
so heres another quick video of me dragging in a random groove from SD3 and adding a few extra bass drums, i save it to my user midi then drag it straight back in to the time line and the extra bass drums ive added have moved to the floor tom2,

Someone from Toontrack Support should be contacting you soon. They didn’t have any support tickets or direct email from you in their system. Did you have a Ticket Number when you submitted your ticket and if so, what was it?
