Help needed with downloads

Please help.

I’m a new member/customer. I have just purchased the “Jazz Midi” pack. I’ve created an account, registered myself and the product and installed the Toontrack Product Manager. I’ve downloaded the product and it now says “ready to use”.

All of that took the best part of an hour at the computer.

When I go to the download folder and click on the files there is nothing there except one file with the title “header”.

Please help me access the product that I’ve just paid for.

I’m not a tech head, but I’ve been using the computer and  music software for the last 20 years.

The Toontrack drum MIDI require a Toontrack drum sampler to work (EZD2, S2, or S3).

Okay. So where do I find that? Do I need to pay for it?
