Help needed to install SD3 Library to my SSD portable drive…

Hell, I checked the FAQ and didn’t find an answer. I have a new 1 TB portable SSD drive that I’d like to install the SD3 library. My recording computer is not connected to the internet. I’m using my upstairs computer to install the library onto the drive. I don’t want to install SD3 on my upstairs computer, just on my recording computer.

So my question is, how do install the library without having to install the SD3 program? I don’t want to waste an authorization on a computer that I won’t be using SD3 on.
