Considering that most modern pop presets can be used for today’s gospel/P&W, you might need to elaborate specifically on what you were looking for.

No I have t tried but listening I would probably start with the SD3 included library Pear masters kit and try different snare drums until you find one that’s fits.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

Having had a chance to listen to what you were after, you can get what you need right off the bat using the Roots SDX. The key in this is not only in the sound of the library, but also in the hits style of the player. In the case of this SDX, Futureman has a hit style most suited. Backing off on the ambient mics while bringing up the chamber, along with a touch of parallel compression, will bring out the punch.

while you can probably achieve something similar  with Hansa, from what I have heard from the demos, I believe Roots nails it better. I have been using it for a song that requires a similar type of head style, and it works amazingly, in my opinion.

That being said, however, if you are hell-bent on using the core library, I would begin with either the Yamaha or the Gretsch kick with Ludwig black beauty snare. Compressing one of the surround channels might give you a similar effect as the chamber, or you can use the ambient channel replacement trick by stacking a Roots kit piece and using the chamber. Using the core library however, you would need some EQ to filter out there frequencies that would steal the punch you were looking for.
