Guitar Center sold me a license and told me to download from website. Where and how do I download it. Only way I see to download is through the store.

Hi there;
Go to the main Toontrack website, create a userID for yourself (if you haven’t already done so). Log into your Toontrack account, go to My Products and select Register New Product, enter in the license you bought from GC and that should give you access to the product.

Thanks! This works! I called G.C. and they say I’m about the 15th or 16th person today to call with this problem. They only sell the serial number and really have no clue as to how to download the product (at least here in New York). Maybe this should be in the F.A.Q. section for us new guys. Thanks again for your help.
