Free Midi Pack disappeared from Account

When I purchased Superior Drummer 3 it came with a free midi pack, and it did show up on the Toontrack site to select the midi pack. But when I check now the option is no longer there to choose my free midi pack.

I was hoping to get the Beats of Berlin midi pack.
