Thanks, Leo.  While I understand why some people who create custom presets charge for them (time is valuable), I think a free option would great.  My big fear is how slowly the site will take to get going with content.  But I’m willing to give it a go…

Why not just start a thread on the SD3 section of this forum? The two key elements are right there to leverage: resources and reach. If there is enough momentum, the admin‘s can make it into a sticky.

Could also be a spot to share tips and tricks for creating presets (I discovered some huge time savers that aid in my preset creations).

Hi all, I’m bumping up this old thread just to let you know that I created more than 50 SD3 presets based on bands albums drum tones, many others are coming.

They cover a lot of genre/styles, mainly metal and rock subgenres.

You can find them here: https://omegastation.gumroad.com/ and https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsd7kCBundotFcYbLfXoM4JG_Vh6uWE7w

Some of them have a “pay what you want” pricing so you could try them for free, here is an updated list with the SDX expansions required for every preset I made so far: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NT3VfGzLn8AzRGV-2EVuFVNjiRRcfEV2Dzd2XhtkAwc

    Hope you enjoy them!

That is a GREAT idea. And if the community could upload songs as well, not just by Genre but by songlists. I think that could help us all to be more productive and also shorten the learning curve.
