fame dd 8000 with worlde midiport to ezdrummer

hello i have a question!!

i have ezdrummer with my e drum working but when i hit my drumpad
its take a second before i hear the sound of ezdrummer
and i need to have my headphone in the pc but it must in the drum module ??!!

help is needed please!!
