Can anyone tell me if any other EZX is laid out the way EzDrummer 2 has it’s grooves? It’s broken down into intro/verse/pre-chorus/chorus/bridge/fills/endings. As a guitarist I find this structure super usefully and inspiring at times. Thanks
This is what I discovered going through my libraries:
Of the EZX expansion kit libraries, the Nashville, MetalHeads, “The Classic”, Americana, Metal Machine, Rock Solid,
Indie Folk, Rock!, and Metal! sound libraries include MIDI that is broken down into intro/verse/pre-chorus/chorus/bridge/fills/endings specifically.
Of the MIDI add-on packs, the Songwriter’s Packs 1-4, Rock Songs, Backbeats, Ballads, Basic Rock, and Session Drums
are broken down into intro/verse/pre-chorus/chorus/bridge/fills/endings.
FYI: The SuperiorDrummer SDX expansion libraries that include MIDI that is broken down
into intro/verse/pre-chorus/chorus/bridge/fills/endings are:
NY Volume #3, Music City, and The Rock Warehouse.
Some of their included MIDI grooves are available as standalone MIDI add-on packs.
Thanks for taking the time to look into that and reply! This is exactly what I wanted to know. I really wish this is something that was made apparent on the products themselves.
