Hello, I use EZKeys since several years with Studio Grand and Dream Machine Soundexpansion. I will upgrade to EZKeys 2. What have I to do? Which is the price for it? Thanks and musician greetings Peter Bengelmann

Since you own a version of EZkeys Regular, you can get the EZkeys 2 Upgrade for €79 during the pre-release campaign.

All available information about EZkeys 2 is on the product page right now, and if you have any further questions about features not mentioned on the site, they will have to wait until May 16th:

Hello,

Im a customer inside EU with EZKeys 1 and wanted to by the upgrade for 79€. In the terms I read “(ii) The purchase prices quoted on our website to customers within the EU include VAT (Value Added Tax).” However, when I wanten to pay via PaPal the price was 94.01€?

You won’t get any price breaks using Paypal. Might want to check and see exactly how much in fees you are getting nailed for.

I Purchased the Upgrade to EZ Keys String Machine  for EZ Key 2 on April 13th.   Order was completed on April 14th.   I show order completed and download manager has assigned serial number for this new version of EZ Keys 2 and the Core library

Tried to download the upgrade several times since the April 16th release date.  I tried 16th 17th 18th 19th and today but get same error message ” NO INSTALLER AVAILABLE”

I sent an email to customer support but just get auto reply with suggestion to reinstall the PM   I did that and still no luck getting the same ” NO INSTALLER AVAILABLE”

You will be able to download EZkeys2 on release day,  May 16, 2023.

It’s now May 19 and I still get these “May 16” icons in the Product manager.

“No Installer Available”

Everything is greyed out.

I don’t think the software ever got released.

And you shouldn’t post anything with serial numbers.

The latest order I see for you is for an EZkeys1 expansion pack. I don’t see the EZkeys 2 upgrade purchased.
