So… I have several Toontrack products and rely heavily on this technology to help me create music. EZBASS is the bomb! EZDrummer 3 and Superior Drummer 3 are real cool also, but EZKeys? Well, what can I say. I’ve come to use it as for what it’s worth. I now have a solution to this problem! EZKeys that is. I recently bought the EZBass The Eighties. If you are someone who owns this, then you know exactly where I’m going with this. The Eighties is unique because it comes with a bass and an electric keyboard bass. Why can’t EZKeys be combined to EZBass? You know, keep the strengths with the chord editing, but have a EZBass grid editor. It seems Toontrack’s is halfway there. EZBass The Eighties demonstrates this with the Electric Keyboard. Think about it! I don’t understand why this is such an issue. The only thing I now notice between EZKeys and EZBass at this point is the creation of chords in EZKeys. Imagine EZkeys with a similar interface like EZDrummer 3 and EZBass. Just make the chord editor in EZBass function like EZKeys. Maybe make it more flex-able for playing outside the diatonic system, but I won’t demand to much right now. I don’t know if this possible, but it sure seems like it could become a possibility. Let’s go Toontrack! Quit hauling eggs and put the pedal down.
